Kim wants to denuclearize; needs guarantees

Russian President Vladimir Putin says North Korea is willing to denuclearize but it needs security guarantees. The Russian president made the remarks after meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. Putin said Kim asked him to inform Washington about his position.
