Wide-stance Squat
6 sets - 10 reps
Walking lunges (dumbbell)
4 sets - 20 steps
Laying leg curl
4 sets - 15-12-10-8 reps
Seated leg curl
4 sets - 15-12-10-8 reps
Stiff-legged Deadlift
4 sets - 6 reps below the knee, 6 reps full ROM
Standing Calf Raise (hack squat)
