Persian Bread

Everybody loves bread, but we would love it more if we knew what it went through. I will be taking you to the flour factory because as you know flour is the main ingredient. I want to show you how flour is made and the enormous machines that are working nonstop to get your flour ready. In Iran we have traditional and industrial breads, well in this program I'm going to be introducing them to you and I'll give you a brief tour of how they are made.
