Crappy Rapunzel After Effects Mask

Blehhhhhhh. This program is hardddddd... So, I just got After Effects CS6 and wanted to share with you how horrible this latest mask is xD please pray for me. Also, if anyone knows any awesome tutorials for this program, it would be lovely if you would share them haha cause I need all the help I can get, clearly.. :P
