How to repair Hot Chassis Guitar amplifiers Tube Amp Theater D-lab

A friend brought over this 60's Vintage Deville practice amp for repair and updated transformer isolation. These old amps are shock hazards due to the economical no transformer design back in the day. These little amps were cherished by kids as it was their first introduction to the guitar playing hobby.
