2 Eggplants
1 Bell Pepper
1/2 Bunch Parsley (1 oz / 30g)
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Garlic Clove
1 Fresh Lime
Olive Oil (Approx. 2 Tbsp)
Salt, Black Pepper
Preparations:
1- Grill the eggplants and bell pepper.
2- Mince the parsley.
3- Dice the tomato and onion.
