METHOD
Step #1 - Using a large sharp knife, cut the top bottom off the pineapple.
Step #2 - Cutting from top to bottom, slice the pineapple into equal sized quarters.
Step #3 - Cut each piece of pineapple in half lengthways.
Step #4 - Remove the tough core section from each pineapple piece.
