4.5 oz (127g) Dried Prunes
8 oz (227g) Stew Beef
1 Onion
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Turmeric, Salt, Crushed Red Pepper
Preparations:
1- Dice the onion.
2- Mince the spinach.
