Iran; ISIL claims responsibility for Tehran's twin attacks A second suicide bomber detonated explosives outside the shrine of Iran’s revolutionary founder Ruhollah Khomeini in south Tehran on Wednesday, state broadcaster IRIB reported. A woman had earlier blown herself up outside the shrine after three or four armed assailants stormed the site. A security guard was killed and 12 other people injured when several attackers stormed into Iran’s parliament and a suicide bomber targeted the shri
