Smart Balance Wheel electric scooter hover board problem

Edit: I have sent mine back to the seller from Amazon (Moonet but now they are "HongKong Hao Da Electronic Co. Ltd.) but I have not yet received a refund. Second Edit: I have received my refund. To all those that are having issues, I don't know what to tell you. Good luck. When I get on the board, the red light turns on and that side won't go. Does anyone have a suggestion?
