Taekwondo Kickboxing Techniques Sampler on the BOB XL

Me doing some Taekwondo Kickboxing techniques on a B.O.B (270lbs Dummy). This is more of my Kickboxing techniques but i have put a bit of flash techniques in there (540s, etc).
