Bushehri Samosa

Ingredient: 4 boiled potatoes 1 cup Chopped coriander ½ Chopped scallion 1/3 Chopped leeks Rojin Spicy Tomato Sauce Yufka dough Salt and oil Ingredients: Mash the potatoes. Then mix it with leeks, coriander, onion and salt, and then pour the prepared ingredients into the dough that made into a funnel and fry it in oil. Then serve with spicy tomato sauce.
