Ingredints: 1 Kg beetroot 4 cardemon seeds 1/4 cup sugar 3 -4 Tbsp vinegar 2 branches fresh mints 4 - 5 cups water Direction: Wash and peel beetroots Cut the beetroots to circle shapes and put them in a pan Add 4 cardamom seeds Fill the pan with water just up to the beetrootssa Bring to the boil and simmer slowly until the beetroods is tender and cook them about 1 hour Add 1/4 cup sugar and 3-4 Tbsp vinegar
