Coat Delay Tube with
Modifications:
Coat Delay Tube with PVC Primer - Then scuff with sandpaper.
Coat Delay tube with 5 Minute Epoxy - Then scuff with sandpaper.
Use R-Candy instead of Flexi-Fuel.
Use PVC cap for end of delay grain.
