6.5 oz (184g) Strawberries
1/3 Cup Oatmeal
1/4 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour

4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Small Egg
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Ginger Powder
1/4 Lemon
1/4 Lemon Zest
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Salt
Preparations:
1- Dice the rhubarb and strawberries.
