It has resolution of 800x480 which is good enough for movies and gaming but for using on the computer you might fight it a little bit pixelated and not as sharp. I found the media player build in allow me to play music, movies and picture quickly with ease. There is plenty of adjustment for video and audio, including keystone adjustment. It also include a build in speaker but that somewhat get drown out
