The tool creates surface preparation grades comparable to Sa 2½ (SSPC-SP 10/NACE No. 2) up to Sa 3 (SSPC-SP 5/NACE No. 1) and a rough surface profile. In this video you can see how the Bristle Blaster® removes heat tinting from 1.4310 stainless steel while generating a surface profile of 45 ɥm Rz (1.8 mils).
