Haleem(حلیم) and halva(حلوا) are both delicious and old food and desserts, but they are very popular among Iranians. On the other hand, we Iranians make halwa in the commemoration ceremony of someone who has passed away, and we also make Halim for iftar in the month of Ramadan.
