یکی از مهم ترین اهداف ساخت سیتی سنتر اصفهان تامین نیازهای زندگی روزمره شهروندان است
مرکز خرید سیتی سنتر اصفهان در 7 طبقه طراحی شده است. دو طبقه پاركينگ مسقف زیرزمین با ظرفيت پارک 5500 خودرو ایجاد شده است و سه طبقه همکف سیتی سنتر اصفهان، طبقه اول سیتی سنتر اصفهان وطبقه دوم سیتی سنتراصفهان شامل مركز خريد (Hyper Star)، واحدهای فروشگاهی، فودکورت، نگارخانه، رستوران و کافی شاپ ها است.
دو طبقه سوم سیتی سنتر اصفهان و طبقه چهارم سیتی سنتر اصفهان نیز شامل مجموعه سینماها، مرکز همایش های بین المللی، فود کورت و رستوران ها، موزه، شهربازی، مجموعه دانشگاه ها و مراکز خدمات رسانی است.
