As you can see, this work has a black background. Most of the rugs with this design have darker backgrounds and silk warps and silk patterns. So in terms of quality, these are on par with “Khatibi” and “Olia” rugs and the difference is only in the designs. This one here has silk warps and knot density of about 7 knots per centimeter, and the patterns and even the medallion in it are silk. If you are looking for a high-quality rug with a dark background, and most importantly, better prices compared to other Tabriz designs, you could always go with “Neshat” designs.
