Whole Milk             24 fluid ounces
Granulated sugar 1 cup
salt                         1/2 tsp


Mix the milk and sugar together and put on a medium heat reduce down to about just under half the original amount of milk stir constantly whilst simmering to avoid sticking. store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
