INGREDIENTS:1/2 CUP MILK1/2 TBSP VINEGAR1 1/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR1 TSP BAKING POWDER1/4 TSP SALT125 GR ...
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 CUP MILK
1/2 TBSP VINEGAR
1 1/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/4 TSP SALT
125 GRAMS BUTTER softened
1 CUP SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA

1. Pre-heat the oven at 150°C.
2. Grease your 6" pan and line with parchment paper.
3. Stir in together milk and vinegar then set aside.
4. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients; all purpose flour, baking powder, salt.
5. In a separate bowl cream the butter and add sugar. Beat for 5 minutes or until creamy in texture.
6. Add eggs one at a time then add the milk and vinegar mixture and vanilla.
7. Sift the dry ingredients and fold to the wet ingredients.
8. Beat the mixture until smooth then pour the batter in your prepared pan
7. Bake at 150°C for 30-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
8. Ler it cool before frosting!!
