Kabab Koobeideh is an Irani style seekh kabab made with meat mince using minimal spices and lots of flavours from saffron, turmeric, and onion making it the juiciest and succulent kabab ever.
What is koobideh kabob?
Persian kabob is pretty special. There are many varieties available, from beef to chicken to lamb. Koobideh kabob is made with ground beef. Sometimes it is a mixture of ground lamb and beef, depending on personal taste.
Persian or Iranian cuisine is one of the oldest in the world. Contrary to popular belief, it is not that close to the cuisine of the Middle East.

Ingredients
• 600 grams beef or mutton mince
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 saffron strands (a pinch) soaked in water
• 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
• 1 tsp Sumac
       1 tsp garlic freshly crushed

Chelow kabob or chelo kebab is literally served with white rice or serve it with Saffron rice and grilled vegetables.
