Koloocheh fuman

Koloocheh fooman(fuman cookies) is one of the traditional Iranian cookies. As the name suggests, this delicious cookie is for the city of Fuman in Gilan province in the north of Iran.

This cookie is made from flour, eggs, butter, milk, and sugar and has very delicious middle ingredients of cinnamon powder, walnuts and sugar. this cookie with noon khamei , nan nokhodchi is delicious Persian sweets.

One of the traditional souvenirs of Fuman city is this Persian kooloocheh(Persian cookie).along with this koloocheh served persian tea.
