Here is my go-to quick and easy chocolate treat! It is perfect to make for a holiday party or for dessert at home. I demonstrate 2 ways to make it and both only use 4 ingredients.

REDCIPE: *Amounts as desired
Chocolate (dark or white)
Dried cranberries (preferably “not sweetened with sugar”
Shelled pistachios
Crushed candy cane or peppermint
Salt (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl at 30 second increments to avoid burning chocolate. Stir after each 30 seconds until fully melted. (Can also use a double-boiler to melt chocolate). Pour chocolate into a mold or pour a spoonful onto parchment paper and shape. Sprinkle toppings overtop and chill in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to harden.
