Bake bread without using flour, sugar and yeast? Is the? Definitely!! And here I show you the result. A tasty variant that is completely gluten-free and still vegan.
This bread is flour-free, yeast-free, sugar-free.
In my series of gluten-free recipes, this bread is an absolute eye-catcher.
The ingredients provide fiber and a high protein content and are rich in proteins and omega 3 fatty acids and are, for example, soy-free, wheat-free and lactose-free.
So put on the bacon and try it out, you'll be amazed.
List of ingredients:
460 milliliters of water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
20 grams of psyllium husks
100 grams of whole-wheat buckwheat flour
100 grams of whole grain rice flour
100 grams of flax flour or lentil flour (has a better taste)
1 - 1.5 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon bread spice
1 teaspoon of tartar packing powder (optionally 1 weak teaspoon of baking soda)
After baking, carefully take out the bread.
Attention: never measure the temperature of this bread or test the dough with a skewer!
If you do not get one of the "flour types" mentioned above, you can easily exchange it for a comparable type. For example against teff flour, oat flour, hemp flour, lentil flour, tiger nut flour.
Unfortunately, flax flour doesn't really have a lot of taste, so you should season your bread well or use lentil flour directly. I also often use lentil flour, but I didn't have it in stock)
