Ingredients:

3 Medium Juicy Quinces
2 Cup of Caster Sugar
1.5 cup of water
3 Cloves
4 Quince Seeds
1 Dessert Spoon of Lemon Juice

Preparation: Peel the quinces and remove their seeds. Dice the quinces evenly. Add the caster sugar to cover them evenly. Wait for 1 hour so the quince releases its water. Add 1 cinnamon stick. Add about 1.5 glass of water just enough to cover it. Add the quince seeds. Cook for 70-80 minutes over medium heat. Add the cloves and boil one more time. Make sure your jar is durable. Use a metal hot pad to avoid fracturing the jar due to sudden temperature changes. Use a new lid each time. After 15 minutes of boiling, remove them with the help of a tong. Let them dry on a clean cloth. Add the lemon juice and stir. Pour the paste into the jar. Enjoy!
