Afghani Sweet Milk Bread - Naan Sheermal - نان شیرمال

Sheermal is soft, slightly sweet milk bread. You can enjoy naan sheermal for breakfast or afternoon tea. As it is the month of Ramadan I am sharing this recipe with you all so you can enjoy it at suhoor.

INGREDIENTS:

3 Eggs  سه تخم مرغ
1 tsp Salt  یک قاشق چای نمک
1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp  Sugar  نیم گیلاس + دو ق غ بوره
1 Cup Warm Milk   یک گیلاس شیر گرم
1/2 Cup Melted Butter  نیم گیلاس مسکه آب شده
1 tbsp Yeast  یک ق غ خمیر مایه
3 1/2 cup Plain Flour   سه و نیم گیلاس آرد ساده
1 tsp Cardamom Powder  قاشق چای پودرهیل
Some oil to knead  مقداری روغن

1 Egg yolk  یک زرده تخم مرغ
Some Milk کمی شیر
1/4 tsp Plain Flour کمتر از نیم قاشق چای آرد
Nigella and Sesame seeds سیاه دانه و کنجد
