Oneplus 7Pro / 7TPro - How to install KOSP (Android 12)

*Usual disclaimer - Use ROMs at your own risk, keep backups, I'm sorry if your device gets bricked*

I've been trying the Krypton Open Source Project (KOSP) for a while now - and since it can be a bit finicky installing it, I figured a guide might help some people out.

Let me know if anything is unclear and I'll help as best I can.

The fancy fastboot command

fastboot update --skip-reboot --skip-secondary XXX
(where XXX is the name of the file ending in .img.zip)
