Childhood and Educations
He was born in Tehran and in 1997 when he was a student at Pirnia secondary school his classmates were Jamshid Layeq, Ismaeil Davarfar, Mehdi Fathi who later all appeared as the most outstanding Cinema and theater artists. In 1950 while he was a student he attended the art classes of Jameeh Barbad had been established in 1926 in Laleh Zar, by Ismaeil Mehrtash, and started to train the art lovers under the supervision of masters such as Rafie Halati and Ismaeil Mehrtash. Ali Nasirian also passed one year course in the Saadi classes of theater managed by Hossein Kheyrkhah and then enrolled in the art school of Acting and received a diploma from that art institution.

Professional Activities
Nasirian was one of the first members of the National Art Group who were graduated from Tehran Art school of Acting. He started his artistic activities in 1952 with acting in the theater of Jameeh Barbad. In 1956 he was awarded the first prize in playwriting competition for the play “The Enamored Nightingale”.
Nasirian by Acting in the famous film “Cow” directed by Dariush Mehrjooie, started his activities in cinema. From the 1950s up to the present time he has been present in the arena of art by acting in films and serials and by directing and playwriting, but he is mostly known as an actor. Among his well-known works one can refer to Sarbedaran, Mr. Dolt, Postman, Mirza Nowrooz’s Shoes, the Stony Lion, Captain Khorshid, Hezar Dastan (thousand deceits), The Gray Years, the Scent of Joseph’s Shirt, The Forbidden Fruit, and Shahrzad.
