*Tahini Buns*

*Dough Ingredients:*
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon butter (at room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups flour

*Filling:*
- 1.5 cups tahini
- 1 cup sugar

*Topping:*
- 1 egg yolk
- Sesame seeds (for sprinkling)

*Instructions:*
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, oil, warm water, butter, yeast, egg, sugar, salt, and flour. Knead until you have a soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
2. Cover the bowl and let the dough ferment for at least 30 minutes.
3. After the dough has risen, knead it again to remove any air bubbles. Divide it into 4 equal pieces and shape them into balls.
4. Roll out each ball into a thin disk, about 1/2 cm thick.
5. Spread the tahini and sugar mixture evenly over each disk.
6. Roll up each disk tightly, then cut each roll in half lengthwise.
7. Take each half and twist it, then shape it into a spiral. Place the spirals on a greased baking tray.
8. Let the buns rest on the tray for another 20 minutes to rise.
9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
10. Brush the tops of the buns with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds over them.
11. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
