ingredients:
eggplant 2 pcs (peel & soak in salt & water for half an hour then dry it)
1 chopped onion
lamb pcs 1 cup
washed yellow split peas 1/2 of a cup
turmeric powder 1/2 of a tbsp
black pepper powder 1/2 of a tsp
tomato paste 2 heaped tbsp
water 3 cups
fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp
cinnamon powder 1/4 of a tsp

Serve with White Rice
