In my speech today, I would like to share my story and experience; how I managed to fill my gaps from the accumulation of pains and problems that led to depression over time. How to use depression and stress as a medium to find my old ideas. by combining pains and ideas, I made one of the most successful moves in my life, a podcast that later helped many people._ In today’s world, technology and the daily dosage of information we are faced with have caused humans to suffer depression more than ever. On the onset, depression is a mental disorder which sets the course of the patient’s life toward demise and becomes the source of a considerable number of social damages and cases of suicide. As a person who was raised in a family with a genetic background of depression and felt its pain with every cell of my being for nearly three months, I would like to discuss how we can turn this challenge into a great opportunity to delve deeper into our internal layers and selves. In this speech, I will tell you about my own story and experience of how I managed to explore the piles of agony and problems that had led to depression over time and eventually discovered my intellectual voids; how I succeeded in making depression bridge the gap between the old ideas in my mind which were buried under tons of dust, connect them with my pains, and form one of the most successful steps in my whole life; the fruit was a podcast that later helped so many people with their lives.
