Ingredients and preparation:

2 kg pork neck
Cut into pieces to your liking
Put the meat on a baking sheet
2 large onions
2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Mix the meat with the onions
Some olive oil
Spread on the baking sheet
800g-1kg of potatoes
Cut into thin slices
Salt
Black pepper
Place the potatoes on the meat
250g cheese
Grate on a coarse grater
3-4 teaspoons whole wheat mustard
250 grams of yoghurt
3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Spread the sauce over the potatoes
Cover with wet parchment paper (use non-stick parchment paper)
Cover with foil
Bake at 210-220C for 60-70 minutes
3 cucumbers
2 tomatoes
½ red onion
avocado
spinach or lettuce mix
40 ml olive oil
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper
Remove the foil and parchment
Mmmm, that smells amazing
Bake for another 20-30 minutes at 210 degrees
Your dish will turn brown and look very appetizing!
