The Speed's Test was originally designed to detect biceps pain, however, many have often also used to during their shoulder clinical examination as a SLAP special test.

I'm not 100% sure how specific the Speed's Test is for a SLAP tear.  It never seemed to produce a positive test in my hands for SLAP lesions.

So, I created a variation that I think works better for SLAP tears, the Dynamic Speed's Test.
