Marc's plan is to sail around the world alone aboard a catamaran that he built himself; Eve's goal is to obtain a star for her father's restaurant, with the help of Sébastien, a promising chef.
From their first meeting, a budding desire pushes Eve and Sébastien into passion. No longer wanting a clandestine love, both decide to leave their respective spouses.
While Sébastien has already announced to his wife that he is leaving her, Eve learns that Marc has cancer and needs emergency surgery. Torn, Eve no longer knows what to do: abandon Marc and fully live her love with Sébastien, or silence it deep within herself to take care of Marc. Can Eve stop herself from loving?
