On The Nature of Esoteric Cults

In Twin Peaks, there's a place mentioned, called the Black Lodge, but what if I told you that the Black Lodge came from the beliefs of a very real (and relatively prominent) cult?

Also I know there's audio problems, there's naught I can do on a posted video, so, sorry if that's frustrating.

Forgive that this video barely touches Twin Peaks itself, but I'm sure there's inspirations I missed.
