The most delicious Cholo goosht (rice and meat) in the world at Pesran Karim restaurant in Mashhad, Chahar Fasl's Mashhadi Haleem, which is more than half a century old, and the famous and nostalgic Reza juice shop make up the last part of my report about the city of Mashhad.

I had heard so much about the Haleem at Lashgar intersection of Mashhad that had been around for 60 years, from the people of Mashhad, that I decided to go to the Lashgar intersection from the hotel at 7 in the morning to test this Haleem. As we got there we encountered a long queue. We from Mashhad love gheimeh stew.
The gheime stew is made from a combination of split peas and mutton, and we add gheimeh to Haleem, Shole, and everything else. Neyshabori Haleem is of course the best of all haleem because it is made with bulgur and they have their own style of gheimeh.
Mashhadi haleem is also very tasty and is made with wheat and you must add a lot of of gheimeh, cinnamon and either sugar or salt on the haleem. I myself like the combination of sugar, gheimeh and cinnamon with Haleem and it goes great with Coca soda.

When you come to Mashhad, one of the restaurants that you must go to is Pesaran Karim restaurant, because you can get the most delicious Chelo Goosht (rice and meat) and lamb shank of your life here. These dishes are made with the freshest lamb meat.
An important point that was quite noticeable in the kitchen and different parts of the restaurant was the hygiene and cleanliness, for example, on the lower floor of the kitchen, there were refrigerators where the meat was stored, and they entered this space only with sterile shoes
Even the oil used to fry the meat was completely clear and changed everyday. We ordered neck and shoulder meat, lamb shank and koobideh kebab.
They were all amazing, especially the lamb shank and fried meat which you certainly need to try it with the onion juice so you can see how delicious it truly is

Torghabe is one of the tourist attractions and sights of Mashhad, which is about twenty minutes away from the city itself and has a unique nature, various restaurants and shops such as ice cream, Faloodeh, and many people go to Torghabe every night to enjoy the great weather and nature here. In the winter they mostly have Ash and Haleem, but in the summer, ice cream and faloodeh are more popular.
We came to a place that has a variety of treats, such as lavashk (fruit leather) and apricots, wild plums, and various sour treats that make everyone's mouth water, like mine, and of course we came to try the traditional doogh here, which is unique in the world, called Abali Doogh, that is extremely delicious. You cannot find anything like it anywhere in the world.

Next, we went to Reza juice shop, which is more than 73 years old and whose Majoon (concoction) is very famous. When I was 18 years old, I used to come to Reza juice shop to have banana milk shakes, and then we would go and play futsal.
Here they have different types of juice, such as banana milk shakes, coconut milk shakes, and Majoon (concoction), which are really unique and you must come to Mashhad to enjoy them.
At the end of my trip to Mashhad, we went to the market around the shrine of Imam Reza, the 8th Shiye Imam, where you can buy everything from authentic Iranian saffron to barberry, various spices, types of dried fruits, beautiful rosaries and very attractive handicrafts that every viewer is fascinated by them.
I hope you enjoyed these three episodes of the great restaurants in Mashhad and you will be my side like always.
