Water                     1 1/2 c
Peppercorns        4
cinnamon            small piece
Cloves                 2
Cardamom         4
Ginger                 1/2'' piece
Tea powder        4 tsp
Milk                     3/4 c
Sugar                   3 tsp or to taste
