Huawei Y5 Lite 2021 Review: How does a 2018 entry level phone hold up?
2020 was the year where smartphones have taken it to the next level. We have phones that can flip, swivel, have cameras under display, and even phones that don't come with charging boxes. Even on the budget category, smartphones are really stepping up it's value for money. They cost around Php 6000-10000, but how about a smartphone that only cost Php 12?
The Huawei Y5 Lite 2018 is an Android Go smartphone from Huawei. It features a 4.45-inch HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio, 8 Megapixel rear camera and a 5 Megapixel front camera.
It runs on a 1.5GHz quad core MediaTek MT6739 chipset with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. Since it uses Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition), there's no EMUI software which should make it run smoother despite the entry level hardware.
It also has 4G LTE connectivity and a 3020mAh battery.
