Ingredients
- 3 medium size eggplants
- ½cup cornstarch
- 180g wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1tbsp vegetable oil
- 120ml water
- some breadcrumb
- vegetable (for deep frying)
- ½tsp black pepper
- 1tsp chicken powder
- 1tbsp salt (to soak eggplant)
