Saji bread (نان ساجی )

How beautiful is my mother baking bread ?? Baking bread in the traditional way in western Iran.  In western Iran, traditional breads called Saji bread are baked.  They are circular in shape and are baked on a metal plate called teak.  The philosophy of baking this bread belongs to the ancient warriors of Iran who, because they did not have enough time to make a tandoor, baked the bread on their shields.  Saji bread is the most famous bread in western Iran and among Kurdish tribes
