Naan Roghani
3kg Flour
3 cups sugar
3 cups oil
2 cups water( luckwarm water)
4 eggs
1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs yolks
4 tbsp milk
zafran(optional)
You can divide the ingeridients into half for making SMALL in amount. For example.
1 1/2 Flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
1 cup water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp yeast
1 tsp baking powder
