Pasdaran neighborhood is one of the most expensive and important neighborhoods in Tehran and the area of Bustan streets is luxurious and stylish alleys that provide the possibility of a comfortable life.
Before the revolution, the name of this neighborhood was Sultanabad and it was once the residence of the Qajar family, so the facilities have been expanded in this neighborhood for a long time. These days, the Revolutionary Guards are one of the most popular areas in Iran
The traffic in Pasdaran neighborhood is not relatively high and the weather is good.
The northernmost spot of this neighborhood is Niavaran. As such, Pasdaran is a long north-south street. This street is an intersection between districts 3 and 4 of Tehran municipality. It reaches a length of 9 km and is part of this long one-way route.
Pasdaran Street is a popular place to live. One of the reasons is that it has a relatively good climate, good access to urban facilities, the size of houses is often high, but due to the size of the area, affordable apartments can also be found.
The construction on Pasdaran Street is such that in some areas completely modern towers and in some alleys traditional houses and villas can be seen at the same time.

محله پاسداران از محلات گران قیمت و مهم تهران است و محدوده خیابان های بوستان، کوچههایی لوکس و شیک است که امکان زندگی آسوده را فراهم می‌کند.
در محله پاسداران ترافیک نسبتا بالا نیست و آب و هوای مناسبی دارد.
پیش از انقلاب نام این محله سلطنت آباد بوده و زمانی جای سکونت خانواده قاجار بوده است به همین دلیل امکانات از قدیم در این محله گسترده شده. این روزها پاسداران یکی ازمحبوب ترین مناطق ایران است
شمالی‌ترین نقطه این محله نیاوران است. به این ترتیب پاسداران یک خیابان طولانی شمالی-جنوبی است. این خیابان تقاطعی است بین منطقه 3 و 4 شهرداری تهران. طول آن به 9 کیلومتر می‌رسد و قسمتی از این مسیر طولانی یکطرفه است.
پاسداران به دلیل شمالی جنوبی بودن، از تنوع ساخت و ساز و قیمت برخوردار است. خرید در بسیاری از خیابان‌ها و کوچه‌هایش هزینه بالایی می‌طلبد اما رهن و اجاره در پاسداران مقبول‌تر است و طرفداران بیشتری دارد.
خیابان پاسداران برای سکونت جای پرطرفداریست. از جمله دلایل آن این است که آب و هوای نسبتا خوبی دارد، به امکانات شهری دسترسی مناسبی دارد، متراژ خانه‌ها اغلب بالاست اما به دلیل وسعت منطقه آپارتمان‌هایی با قیمت مناسب هم می‌توان پیدا کرد.
ساخت و ساز در خیابان پاسداران به گونه‌ایست که در برخی مناطق برج‌های کاملا مدرن و در برخی کوچه‌ها خانه‌های سنتی و ویلایی را همزمان می‌توان مشاهده کرد.
پاسداران از ۱۳ زیرمحله تشکیل می‌شود. از معروف‌ترین خیابان‌ها و محله‌های آن داخل و اطراف می‌توان به موارد زیر اشاره کرد:

اختیاریه
صاحبقرانیه
