Ingredients for rasmalai recipe
For milk surbat
3.1/2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom seeds
Pistachio and almond as much as u like

Ingredients for cheese
6 cups milk
2 Tbsp lemon juice

Ingredients for sugar syrup
4 cups water
1/2 cup sugar

You'll need half Tbsp corn starch

مواد لازم برای شیرینی شیر رس ملایی
سه ونیم گیلاس شیر ، شیر را بجوشانید تا تقریبا یک گیلاس اش خشک شود
یک گیلاس شکر
یک قاشق چای تخم هیل
پسته و بادام به قدر دلخا


مواد لازم برای شربت
چهار گیلاس آب
نیم گیلاس شکر


موادلازم برای پنیر
شش گیلاس شیر
دو قاشق غ آب لیمو یا سرکه

نیم قاشق غ کارنفلور ( نشاسته ذرت )
