اکثر دستورهای قطاب با شیر یا ماست و زرده تخم مرغ درست میشه که باعث ماندگاری کمتر قطاب میشه.ولی با این دستور که من چند سال پیش از یک قناد یزدی گرفتم،شما میتونید خیلی راحت و سریع بهترین قطاب رو درست کنید که ماندگاری بالاتری دارد.
میتونید تا دو هفته در ظرف درب بسته در محیط خنک،بدون اینکه از کیفیتش کم بشه نگهداری کنید.
🔰مواد لازم:
-آب ۱۲۵ میلی لیتر
-روغن جامد ۶۰ گرم
-آرد ۲۲۰ گرم
-گردو یا بادام ۵۰ گرم
-پودر شکر ۵۰ گرم
-پودر هل ۱ قاشق چایخوری

Most Qottab recipes are made with milk or yogurt and egg yolks
Which makes it less durable.
But with this recipe, which I made a few years ago from an Iran Confectioner (Yazd), you can easily make the best Qottab, which is more durable.
You can keep it in a closed container for up to two weeks. Without compromising quality.
This is one of the most famous  traditional cookies  in Iran.

🔰Ingredients:
- water (125ml)
- shortening(Crisco)/Ghee(60g)
- all-purpose flour(220g)
- walnuts OR almonds(50g)
- powdered sugar(50g)
- cardamom powder(1tsp)
