Cigarette Prices in Russia. (Is it really that cheap?)

All the cigarettes packs were bought in the Summer 2020. $1=75.50 rubles(26 August 2020 currency status). Just one pack of Winston looked like is from the last year, because the shop sold left packs probably. But anyway, are cigarettes cheaper or more expensive in your countries? And what's the difference in price?
