540g Plain flour or Bread flour  (4 1/2 cups)
Depending on the density of your bread flour, you may need an extra 100g)

60g Butter (4 1/2 tbsp)

135 Sugar (2/3 cup)

9g Instant Yeast (1 tbsp)

2 Eggs

200ml room temperature milk or water

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp Salt

NOTE: If you're kneading by hand, it'll take roughly 25 minutes to achieve a smooth and stretchy dough.
