Analyzing Employee Attrition using IBM Watson Studio and Tableau | Insight Hub

With historical data of the employees we have analyzed it using Tableau along with IBM Watson Studio to build a model which can give suggestions on possible reasons for exit which leads to reduce the attrition rate of an organization.
