Low carb Wraps selber machen: glutenfrei, vegan, ketogen!
💥 These healthy, ketogenic and vegan wraps are easy and cheap to make because they consist of just 2 ingredients:
▬ Ingredients ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
📝 1-2 cups of organic flaxseed (https://amzn.to/3AywFEj)
📝 Per cup of flaxseed, 3/4 cup of boiling pure water
📝 Himalayan salt (https://amzn.to/3wFhWpM) and freshly crushed pepper to taste
▬ Preparation ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Grind flaxseed with the coffee grinder or spice grinder! Mix all ingredients together and then let cool for about 15 minutes. Only then form balls of the same size and roll them out between two layers of baking paper as in the video and shape them round with a plate. Fry in a hot non-stick pan until golden brown on both sides.
Use as a healthy wrap or as flatbread with an Indian stew.
